General.<br /></strong>1.1 MAAC offers opportunities to members and non members to engage in matches and championships in Air Pistol Practical Shooting.<br />1.2 MAAC offers 4 different Air Pistol events that can be performed either in form of a match or championship.<br />1.3 MAAC reserves the right to deny other clubs from entering open competitions.<br />1.4 All members and non-members competing in MAAC-APPS events must have a TS-B license and Insurance policy and must be a member of a club.<br /><br /><strong>2. MAAC– APPS event types.</strong><br /><strong></strong><br /><strong><em>2.1 MAAC- STEEL PLATE CHALLENGE</em></strong><br />This is an event open for air / co2 pistols single or multishot.<br />Calibers 0.177 – 0.22 (airgun pellet) or 6mm airsoft pellet (plastic B.D.). The rules covering MAAC–Steel Plate can be found in Appendix A of this document MAAC-SP.<br /><br /><strong><em>2.2 MAAC-Practical Air Pistol.</em></strong><br />This is an event open for CO2 or gas driven multishot pistols only.<br />Calibers 0.177 or 6mm airsoft ( plastic B.D.). The rules covering MAAC-Practical Shooting can be found in Appendix B of this document MAAC-PS.<br /><br /><strong><em>2.3 MAAC- Air pistol Target Precision Shooting.</em></strong><br />This is an event open for Spring – Air of CO2 single shot pistols.<br />Calibers 0.177 or 0.22. The rules covering MAAC-ATPS can be found in Appendix C of this document MAAC-ATPS.<br /><br /><strong>3. Safety General.</strong><br />3.1 In ALL MAAC-APPS event the Protective Eye Shooting Glasses is mandatory.<br />3.2 All other safety rules are explained in the specific rule books.<br />3.3 All persons are required to be in complete control both mentally and physically during MAAC matches.
